They didn't have the 4runner in the color scheme that I wanted on their lot, but he didn't try to push a different vehicle in stock, he got on the phone and found exactly the 4runner I wanted. I went the next day to finalize the paperwork and drove it home. I LOVE my new 4runner. It's the nicest car I've ever owned. I'm ecstatic with my purchase! It rides like a dream! It was a relatively fast car-buying experience. I've spent ALL DAY LONG at other dealerships trying to buy a car. I spend probably 3 hours total over both days at Toyota of Cleveland, which is a small amount of time compared with previous purchases I've made over the years. I will highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to all of my friends, and if I ever decide to buy another car, Toyota of Cleveland will get my repeat business. I haven't had any experience with the service department, as my car is brand new, but I will give another review when I get to see the service department for my first 5000 mile service. More

Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He answered all questions he could answer and did not simply tell us what we wanted to hear when he might be uncertain. The style of the dealership combines professional competence with a relaxed, unhurried approach. At other dealerships we were able to count a number of times when we were getting "hype" or the rush job. We also noted that this was the only place where nobody misrepresented any details in which we were interested. That makes a difference. But the dealership is not perfect. We felt that a bit too much emphasis was placed on getting a long-term insurance maintenance contract for the vehicle we bought. I had to say "No" four times. Carlos, by the way, was not involved in the insurance discussion or in the inquiry about En Tune. Two weeks after the purchase I wanted assistance on hooking up the car"s "En Tune" communication system, operated by Toyota International. No one I could reach on the phone at the dealership had any idea how to do it. It has taken several hours searching the Toyota website to accomplish what should be a simple, straight-forward process. This may be due, in part, to the fact that the Official Manual that came with the car offered incorrect and confusing instructions that simply did not work. But, all in all, I have bought several cars in my llfe (I am 68) and have never had such a positive, satisfying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Gregg Bain knew the car we were interested in and had it washed and ready to test drive within a few minutes. We never felt pressured and the price negotiation was courteous and professional. Once we agreed on the deal, the man who prepared our paperwork was courteous, professional and welcoming. Gregg stayed over an hour showing us the features of the car and made sure we were satisfied. He never gave us the impression that he was in a hurry and we believed he was there to help in any way needed. This dealership made us feel that we were appreciated and that they truly wanted to keep us as satisfied customers. A lesson that other dealerships should learn. More

He was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. I actually went looking for a used car but ended up buying a new car. Roger informed me of the 0% financing but again let me make my choice without any pressure. He just provided the information and let me make my choice. He was great to talk with and went the extra mile to make sure that I had all the information. He actually showed me around the dealership to inform me where to go when I brought it back for service. I left feeling that I was a friend of the dealership not just another sale for them. Overall it was a very good experience and would not hesitate to go back when I get ready to purchase another vehicle. I thought that I got a fair price and again the service was exceptional. More

New car test drive, purchase, and taking delivery. Billy Massegale greeted us as we had just stepped out of our vehicle and asked how he could help. We asked to test drive a Sequoya, which we did. Bi Billy Massegale greeted us as we had just stepped out of our vehicle and asked how he could help. We asked to test drive a Sequoya, which we did. Billy was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and also listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Billy was very cordial to my wife and son. When back to the dealership, Billy pointed out that the dealership still had some 2013 Landcruisers on the lot. We test drove one of those as well and it was an excellent ride. We preferred the Landcruiser over the Sequoya. Recognizing that the Landcruiser was the previous model year, the dealership was willing to discount the vehicle. Billy worked with his Sales Manager to and returned with an offer that was right in line with what I had hoped for. They also made me a good offer on my Toyota trade in, so overall it was a good deal. The dealership immediately began the paperwork to complete the sale which was handled professionally. I would also note that the dealership is modern, stylish, and comfortable. Billy provided me an orientation to the new Landcruiser and offered to answer any questions in the future. It was a great experience overall and I am enjoying the new vehicle. More
