At the dealership, the sales consultant, Lee Harrell was so helpful with my new car purchase. He helped me find a car that fit my budget with no pressure. The salesman we worked with, Roger Thompson, was very helpful throughout the process. I test-drove the 2014 RAV4 XLE, and it drove really smoothly. He explained many features of the RAV4, and showed me the inside of the LE model for comparison. After looking at both models, I decided that I wanted the LE model. Mr. Thompson found a LE AWD model in the color I wanted (silver), and had it delivered to the dealership. They offered a good price and he was able to get the college graduate rebate for me. At the delivery of the vehicle, he answered my questions and again went over the features of the car. The entire experience was a positive one, and I definitely would recommend Toyota of Cleveland and Roger Thompson to my friends. Stephen Henderson More
