This being said...I had already been to several other dealers, where the employees were really pushy. I didn't feel comfortable. So I did go to Clevland Toyota with my supervisor, whom introduced me to Roger. I knew then that I would buy a vehicle from Roger. He wasn't pushy, was very informative, and shot straight with me. Got me a good deal. What more could you ask? So needless to say I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Tacoma! Roger is da man! More

Couldn't Be Happier I had been looking for Tacomas online for several months. I had emailed about a dozen different dealerships within 50 miles of my house looking for th I had been looking for Tacomas online for several months. I had emailed about a dozen different dealerships within 50 miles of my house looking for the best deal. I had even been negotiating a deal with one of those other dealerships. I had a terrible experience at the Chattanooga dealership (they would not even show me a Tacoma or answer any questions about them); so, I did not expect to be able to get the deal I wanted locally. In fact, I only went to Toyota of Cleveland because I wanted to test drive a short bed and a long bed Tacoma and they happened to have one long bed and three or four short beds on their lot. My wife and I were met by Mike Davis as soon as we parked our van. He took us inside and introduced us to the manager (who was also very pleasant and helpful to deal with). Then he spent the next two plus hours with us (even after they closed) as we test drove two different Tacoma models. Mike answered all my questions about the short/long beds, the sport vs. off road packages, and also pointed out several other things about the Tacomas that I did not know before. I was really impressed with how patient and knowledgable he was. I was actually feeling guilty because the whole time I was still planning to purchase a Tacoma from the other dealership that I had been negotiating with online. Basically, I was using Toyota of Cleveland to show me what I needed to know about the trucks so that I would know exactly what I wanted when I shopped around later (again, with the other dealership who had already came down on their price). I was looking for a specific color (Pyrite Mica) which was not available anywhere within 50 miles. Toyota of Cleveland had a couple silver Tacomas, one white, and a couple of red ones but no pyrite mica or metallic gray which was my second choice. My wife suggested that we order one. Mike then asked if we wanted to talk price and even though I was already nearing the price I wanted elsewhere I though, "hey, why not see what they will do? If they can match the other deal then I might wind up with the color that I really want." After a bit of negotiating I was very, very surprised to get them close (within $100) to the deal I was promised elsewhere. After the work Mike put in to earn our business I was really tempted to sign on the dotted line to order the truck of my dreams but, for prudence sake, my wife and I walked away. Mike called the next day to see if we were still shopping. I asked if he could sweeten the pot by throwing in a bed mat and he said he would. So, we ordered a brand new 2015 pyrite mica Toyota Tacoma from the factory. We were warned that it could take up to 8 weeks for it to come in but thankfully we only had to wait about 3 1/2 weeks. There were no surprises when we went to pick up the truck. Mike was there and seemed to really enjoy handing me the keys and showing me how to use the stereo and other features. I really hate the whole car buying experience and had decided with the purchase of our last car to only shop online. However, the experience with Mike Davis at Toyota of Cleveland has changed my mind. I do not plan to get rid of my Tacoma for a very, very long time... but when I do I will return to Toyota of Cleveland and I will ask for Mike Davis. More

Excellent Roger helped me purchase a brand new 2015 scion TC. He's very nice and friendly.
