Okay, but needs improvement Nikita was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Frances was also very friendly, organized and did a great job Nikita was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Frances was also very friendly, organized and did a great job with the finance aspect of the deal. However, we felt like Roc was rushing us as we went over the price points on the vehicle. He seemed to be concerned with getting on to other people to make another deal than spending time with us to make sure we understood the pricing thoroughly. At times, it felt as though he was condescending when discussing various points in the pricing of the vehicle. We also found it very uncomfortable when we were asked to do a survey on the buying process and then were approached about our responses by Roc. Survey responses are meant to be private so that the person filling it out can be open and honest. The overall experience was okay though and the dealership was very well run and clean. More
