This was my first new car and I am so disappointed in Toyota who claim to have the number 1 customer service in the industry. I will be trading in my Tacoma and putting myself in financial strain, just to have a vehicle that i feel safe driving with driving everyday. I am not sure if this is a usual issue or if I am just special but today Toyota has failed. More

I bought a 2020 corolla on 04/01 and for 01/13 I have already gone 3 times to have it repaired and the car remains the same, the car 0 miles in less than 12 hours of use was damaged, the dealer refuses t already gone 3 times to have it repaired and the car remains the same, the car 0 miles in less than 12 hours of use was damaged, the dealer refuses to replace the vehicle , the service manager Jack Machado in an arrogant and challenging voice told me "Write down the factory phone number, you must solve the problem with them, we don't manufacture cars, we only sell them."
