I received sincere customer service from beginning all the way to the end. The first person that helped me his name was Jonathan. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. Once we finished, I met Mike the sales person. He was straightforward and offered various options and was helpful negotiating a price within my budget. My final step was the financial person, her name was Francis. She helped me sign paperwork and put the mats in my car for finishing touches. Great team! Thanks More

Terrible Waste of Time Today we went to this dealership and were honestly negotiating for a new car. After 2 1/2 hours of ridiculous back and forth with the salesman and ma Today we went to this dealership and were honestly negotiating for a new car. After 2 1/2 hours of ridiculous back and forth with the salesman and managers we walked out. The icing on the cake was when the salesman shook my hand on a deal and then went and came back with the manager who again changed the numbers. We went to Central Florida Toyota and got a great deal. Don't waste your time this operation is mickey mouse!!! More
