Gabriel explained the finance portion of the purchase along with bank information and he was very detailed in his description and slowed down when needed. He also gave us the history on Toyota and how that applied to us which was great. Daniela helped us with the paperwork and explained all forms we signed and answered all of our questions regarding warranty info, she was very kind and funny.
