World Class buying experience! I have never been made to feel important and comfortable as I did at Toyota of Clermont. I dont know how, but we were approved, and it was because of him! The last step was the one I was most impressed with. I went into the office and was greeted by Gabrian Calkins with a warm amile and a firm hand shake. I went through the thousand signatures, and she somehow made it fun. Twords the end, she saw that my 12 year old daughter was getting bored and asked her to go with her to get floor mats as I was finishing up paperwork. They came back and then this is where I was blown away, Gabrian took us outside, moved us from my old car into the new one, transferred the tag, sat in the passenger seat, synced our phones, and did not leave until I was comfortable and had no more questions. I have never had such a positive car bying experience, and THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE! I will only go to this dealership from now on! More

Painless! Best car buying experience I've had. I came in for service on my 2010 Toyota and while there decided to look at a car I'd seen online. Everyone who was part of the process was Customer Service oriented, and all of my questions were answered with knowledge and without hesitation. Kudos to Clermont Toyota for upgrading the purchase experience by adding a team member who ONLY deals with your interests and car related questions. This makes the procedure so much better; a show-me-the-car-person, a financial person, and a paperwork person. Each experts in their assigned areas.
