Jeremy Roberts and all the staff at the service intake were extremely professional and helpful. Oscar,Sebastian, and Erika handled our inquiries and eventual lease agreement with a very easy going and personable manner throughout. We did not feel pressured and were made completely comfortable about all the details of the transaction, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for us. We did not anticipate concluding a deal that day and driving home a new car, but we did ! More
