I'm not just talking about the servicing of the car, that what was expected. I'm speaking of setting my appointment online, being called the next morning. I was sent a reminder email the day before my appointment. A short wait to be taken to work while my car was serviced. I was called when it was ready, they fixed my recall on the vehicle and picked me back up. The whole process was smooth, without a long wait and a team that was friendly and enjoyed their job. She kept me informed about my repairs and had me back on the road with time to spare. I would definitely return in the future. However, unrelated to Nicole's excellent service, I had a devil of a time phoning the dealer as two of three listed numbers on their website were either disconnected or kept ringing without answer. This is a website issue alone. When I actually got someone, every person I dealt with provided top-notch service. More

Finally the final steps with Erica Rivera in finance who also did an excellent job with the paperwork and walking me to my new car. She put tags, cleared up stickers, explained more details and even paired up my phone. The dealership is beautiful- yes a tour was also given by Benjamin! Great associates equals great service! More
