Overall good experience We had to drive an hour to get to the Toyota of Clermont dealership, so when we decided to purchase a Camry from them, we asked to have it ready to dr We had to drive an hour to get to the Toyota of Clermont dealership, so when we decided to purchase a Camry from them, we asked to have it ready to drive away the same day. The dealership did work hard to get it ready for us, but underestimated the time it would take to complete the window tinting, detailing, etc. We were told it would be about a 3 hour wait. The 3 hour wait turned into 5 hours. The people at the dealership were very nice and professional. I would like to give kudos to Marie, the Sales Manager who made the arrangements to have the car ready for delivery to us the same day. I would also like to give kudos to the finance personnel, especially Sharon Subryan. Sharon told us up front that she was in training, but we would never have known if she hadn't said anything. Sharon handled the finance paperwork efficiently and professionally, as well as explaining the various features of the car upon delivery. More

Bait and Switch I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We purchased a used 2009 Corolla for our daughter. We were told that the finance company wouldn't give I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We purchased a used 2009 Corolla for our daughter. We were told that the finance company wouldn't give us the loan unless we agreed to GAP insurance. We wanted it any way because our newly licensed daughter would be driving the car. Well, this weekend our daughter was hit from behind and the car was subsequently totaled. The other drivers insurance company assessed the value and of course it is lower than what we owe. I immediately called the bank who owns the loan and was told that we have no GAP insurance. However, I have a contract, a GAP insurance addendum and an offer review that were all signed, showing that I was charged 695.00 for GAP insurance. I called the dealership and the finance director confirmed that their records show no GAP. I will be going to the dealership this weekend to try and recover my 695.00 but am not confident at all that it will be refunded. I am also going to question why the paperwork that was provided to me appears to be fraudulent and differs from any paperwork they have. I will not go to this dealership again because I cannot trust that I wont be sold a false sense of security only to find out later that I am on the hook for something I shouldn't be. More
