Second time was a charm I did not have a good experience with the sales person the FIRST TIME I came to buy a Camry. The customer service and product representative were very I did not have a good experience with the sales person the FIRST TIME I came to buy a Camry. The customer service and product representative were very good.but the sales person tried to gouge us on interest rate, price of car as advertized,etc. On my first visit I left very displeased with sales person. I went home and called another dealership and got a good price,no interest purchase to buy\ lease. I then came back to Toyota of Clermont with the interest rate and price offered at their sister dealership and asked for a new salesperson. After reviewing the figures we got from the other dealership with the second salesperson Oscar came back with comparable finances and now we are now a proud owner of a 2015 Camry .George and Heide did a very good job along with our Second sales person, Oscar. More

The greatest oil change ever!!!!!! Went in for my 15k mile oil change. Christopher Wetteland was the customer service rep who coordinated my service. When I bought my car (from another dealership) they sold me extra services that included a cleaning service inside my vehicle. So I inquired about it during this oil change. Of course, Chris discovered that none of that was included in Toyota care service. But nonetheless, Chris used his superhuman customer service empowerment and took care of my vehicles interior needs without dropping a sweat. I am very greatful for that. Since now a days everywhere you go and get services, they only provide the bare minimum; not a drop more. Chris and Toyota of Clermont exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return; maybe to buy a car. More

Great Dealership This is probably the easiest experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We drove in at about 1:30pm and were immediately greeted by a sales person. We looked at the vehicle we had researched on Consumer Reports and made a decision to by that day. We were taken back to the showroom and the deal was done in less than an hour. We moved on to finance where that took about 30 minutes, then we were shown the basics of the cars equipment. We were on our way home at 4:15. There was no pressure from the sales staff and the finance person was great! A wonderful experience. We will return when we are in the market again. More

She demonstrated a high level of patience in answering our questions and we had lots! Sharon also took the time to ensure we understand all of the documents as well as the implications of them. We have bought cars before but never had someone explain in such details what each item meant. Sharon also ensured all of my belongings were switched from one car to the next (i.e. Ezpass, chargers and accessories), synced my phone to the new car's Bluetooth then took some time to explain the car's functions once I sat in it. :) Toyota of Clermont is lucky to have an asset and valuable team players like Sharon. The only thing that I thought that was a bit high was the price of the oil change, since the same oil change would of cost around $23.00 at Pep Boys. I know that David does not set the price of these services and is nothing negative towards him.
