"I'll bet our dealer could help us" I said. We made an unannounced run to Clermont, and pulled into the Service drive. The young man who greeted us was not experienced in syncing, but he immediately called Victor over. He had the job done in less than 5 minutes..........no charge !.......... WHAT A GUY !! For more than a month I searched online, visited car dealerships in the area, and inquired about a reliable truck that would let an elderly parent get For more than a month I searched online, visited car dealerships in the area, and inquired about a reliable truck that would let an elderly parent get on and off the passenger's side with relative ease, When I visited the Toyota car dealership, I just drove there to take a look at a specific truck that I had in mind but not to buy it - my immediate need was to make sure my elderly parent could get on and off the truck without personal assistance. Unable to bring my parent to the dealership that day, Joe from Toyota without hesitation told me that he would drive the truck and take me home to make sure my parent could get on and off the truck. Joe's friendly and smart suggestion took me by surprise. The other car dealerships had not volunteered to do that for me. So the following morning, Joe drove the Toyota truck to my home, my parent got on and off it without assistance - the price of the truck was right for me - and that's why I ended up buying Toyota's 2015 Tacoma truck. The Toyota team: Tom who showed and drove me around; Sebastian who processed the finance documents in a prompt way; and Heidi who's friendly, patient and professional as she went over with me the sales contract, which is a lengthy process. Heidi, Sebastian, and Tom of Toyota met my specific need at the right time and at a price I could afford. Thanks for your assistance and friendly professionalism, to the 2 guys & gal at Toyota. More
