Door molding had come loose, not fallen off, and they said double sided tape would not fix...Guess what? I fixed it with ease by using a double sided tape from Lowes. Truth be told I had made an appointment by phone for my previous Service Consultant JPR (name withheld so as not to steal any of Jimmy's thunder) who I liked very much and would have given the same high evaluation! The Dealership assigned me to Jimmy Mayo, and I happened to see the outgoing Service Consultant who had high praise for Jimmy Mayo, so on my next visit I will ask for Jimmy Mayo! I am very happy with the Dealership. I responded to an offer for a "Free Oil Change" which was very nice! We do not drive our 2000 Toyota Avalon a lot (82,969 miles in 17 years), but we love it and want to make it last. During the last visit with JPR I remember Suggested Services for a leaky oil pan & gaskets coming to around $600. This time the Suggested Services came to $4,000+, so I would ask a lot of questions and request a discount if I move forward with ANY of these Suggested Services. More
