Great service, but overlong on process time Back in 2015 my wife and I decided to trade in our Ford Focus and try Toyota for the first time. I ended up with a Camry, my wife a RAV4. We loved t Back in 2015 my wife and I decided to trade in our Ford Focus and try Toyota for the first time. I ended up with a Camry, my wife a RAV4. We loved the cars, and the sales team was very helpful... but the negotiation time took way longer than we felt it should have. Once we got into the financing portion things went well. Now, in 2017 we decided to trade in our vehicles and get two more. I was told by a sales manager a few days before that things had changed there, that they automatically have the lowest price possible and therefore the haggling days were over. Well, again the sales staff was very good. Worked with us through the whole process, understood our needs and our limits, and helped us get into two very nice 2017 vehicles (Camry/RAV4 again). However, again it took much longer than we felt it should have - over five hours! Also again, once we got to the financing portion things went smoothly. Rose, our financial person, did very well and was very quick. Over all, we like Toyota of Clermont very much. Not sure we'll go back again, but that's only because of the time it took through the sales process. Again, the sales group are very good, but the time it takes seems very unnecessary to me. More
