Right away Rose Corderro introduced herself and made us feel right at ease as if we known eachother for years. Rose even offered to pair my Bluetooth to my phone. Since I returned Rose always greets me by first name and offers that beautiful smile, she never once tried to rush us even though it was late and I know they would like to go home She never made us feel like we were holding them up- sales experience was good but for me the difference is the financing representatives at other places always make it uncomfortable and extremely way too drawn out not Ms. Rose Corderro! Great customer service and friendly staff My experience with Toyota of Clermont was amazing and very satisfying compared to my last purchase in 2014 in Miami. which was a nightmare. Justin greeted me warmly and was quite the gentleman pulling out a chair for me to sit (lost tradition)> I shared what I wanted and he took me outside to see the cars. He explained all the features and answered all my questions, no rush. Jean Carlos was also a gentleman, showed me all the options, explained in detail, not pushy, No discredit to Jean Carlos' assistance.. he did his best but I still feel for a $30+k car, Toyota could have thrown in the mats or given a discount. Nikkita was special with her warm, friendly smile and greeting. She is a keeper. Great customer service and a delightful person to meet. She was helpful without a fuss in transferring my belongings to the new car and never made me feel I was imposing or taking up her time. All in all it was a great experience and even received congrats from some of the other staff.. nice touch. Thanks to all of you Toyota of Clermont.. Keep up your great service. More
