Best purchase experience ever. I want to commend Johnathan for his thorough explanation of the C-HR and the Prius. I was able to test drive both and finally chose the 2017 Prius. He was wonderful. I met James, the Manager, who was very personable. Finally, I met the lovely Francis who handled the paperwork and the final check of the vehicle. She was extraordinary. More

Financing Nightmare / Stall Tactics Zero rating due to the back door tricks and manipulation played by dealer. Purchased vehicle and was told we had to finance our vehicle thru Toyota Fi Zero rating due to the back door tricks and manipulation played by dealer. Purchased vehicle and was told we had to finance our vehicle thru Toyota Finance, there was no other option even though we already came to the table with our own financing. A few days later we contacted our credit union to begin the refinancing process thru our credit union and here’s where the games begin! Our credit union sends the check to the dealership to begin the transferring of the loan and all of a sudden the check starts bouncing from department to department with excuses that it was sent to the wrong place. In essence the check gets hijacked so the loan can remain on the dealers books and can not be transferred to the credit union. My wife spends over 30 days on the phone trying to get the check back so it can go back to the correct party, both her’s and the credit union’s loan specialist calls / emails go unreturned by the floor Manager Andrea Warren who sits in the corner of the floor. Lots of excuses and dealer jargon given to our credit union by Andreas Warren. Finally after 5 weeks I go with my wife and demand to speak w Finance and we are surprised to quickly be introduced to the General Manager, Nick Petrone. First thing out of his mouth ....... We need to make the first payment otherwise our credit will take a hit, first thing out of my wife’s mouth .... NO we won’t! We ask to have our credit unions check sent back and he says he will comply with the request. Our credit union even sent Toyota of Clermont a pre paid Fed Ex envelope. Check w our credit union to see if they received the returned check and to no ones surprise ....... of course NOT. Sadly for Nick he underestimated my wife’s tenacity and that same afternoon she presents her self at the dealership. This time during a busy Friday afternoon in which they are trying to sell there product and my wife encounters a prospective customer / couple and starts sharing her story with them. Nick now goes into damage control and miraculously the check appears. He didn’t even have the spine to hand it to my wife the check instead he sends a member of the finance staff to bring the check out and her body language made it evident that she was in a very uncomfortable situation made by some one else but she is now forced to give face to the situation. My wife finally after 40 days takes the check back to the credit union and we have since successfully transferred the loan to our credit union. Nick in the same way you told me and my wife you don’t want credit unions telling you how to run your business we don’t want you telling us how to manage our finances. It’s obvious you and your team where attempting to profit in some manner otherwise this wouldn’t have taken so long. Bottom line, buyers w good credit who can get a very good low interest loan on there own, don’t waist your time here, they won’t deal w your bank contrary to what the salesman might tell you. Ultimately you will have to finance thru Toyota Finance and if you want to move it later to your bank you will be given a run around in which the ploy is to frustrate you and just stay with there in house financing. So Nick, did you loose that sale? If you would have just sent that check like you said you would you could have avoided all that. More

He found exactly what I was looking for very quickly and explained all of the features of the car to me really well. Joe then negotiated the financial part of the purchase. He was not too pushy and was very considerate of our time (we had our baby with us). He was really very chill and I appreciate him working with us. Then Alejandra made our life super easy when it came to signing everything. She went over everything and made it all so quick. I really appreciate all theee of them for helping us, we love our new car. More

Our salesman was Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We were able to take our time to decide on the right vehicle as there was no high pressure sales. We finally decided on a vehicle and returned two days later to again work with Kevin, Will, then Allison to close out the financial papers. Great staff! More
