The service advisor is pleasant and helpful. The service itself was finished faster than I expected and the shuttle was greatly appreciated. Mr. Ables was on top of everything from the start. Efficient and attentive every time. This last time the coffee and cookies were on the ball. Very dog-friendly place, so I got to bring my pup for the first time to meet my favorite service guy, Mario Soro coffee and cookies were on the ball. Easy check-in, nice waiting room, friendly service, reasonable time for service done…however, I was told that my battery failed their test, but when I had AAA come out later that day to change it out ( reasonable time for service done…however, I was told that my battery failed their test, but when I had AAA come out later that day to change it out (b/c it was $80 less!), the service guy said it was just fine. Toyota’s test rated my battery at 599 out of 700, which is 86% and just fine (I’ve not had any issues with it). Hmmmm…. More
