This dealership is top-notch. The service team is always friendly, and they strive to be of assistance. My recent experience with Lincoln was great in particular. I also noticed the team jokes around with each other, so the mood feels light and enjoyable. All that, coupled with the fact that it's a very open, modern area, with many smaller areas to wait in comfort. USB and electrical ports are provided for those wanting to use their devices as well. The overall energy just feels good. In addition, they provide a quick shuttle service to and from the dealership if you have to wait all day for your car. The driver for the shuttle (in my case Ernie) was courteous and friendly as well. I very much appreciate this dealership as a whole and would highly recommend it to others. More
Everyone that I’ve seen about getting my 4Runner’s service has always been professional and informative. My only complaint is that the staff actually doing the maintenance don’t seem to be aware of th service has always been professional and informative. My key fob was covered in gunk that turned my hands black when I went to put it back on my keychain. More
Bad service and more worried about sales and rating a survey not their customers. Lady was rude and was bad in communicating . Even asked for quote for tires did not even get that.
