Everyone that I’ve seen about getting my 4Runner’s service has always been professional and informative. My only complaint is that the staff actually doing the maintenance don’t seem to be aware of th service has always been professional and informative. My key fob was covered in gunk that turned my hands black when I went to put it back on my keychain. More

Bad service and more worried about sales and rating a survey not their customers. Lady was rude and was bad in communicating . Even asked for quote for tires did not even get that. The first time I used Cedar park Toyota, Kris Mitchell notified me promptly when my car was ready. This time, i had a different advisor. I never received a call on the day it was scheduled to be done, and notified me promptly when my car was ready. This time, i had a different advisor.
