I’ve had good service in the past. Normally, when I pick up my truck it is spotless. My wife picked it up for me this time, for whatever reason, they left some smudges on the interior. Normally, when I pick up my truck it is spotless. My wife picked it up for me this time, for whatever reason, they left some smudges on the interior. I always take pictures before leaving my vehicle and forwarded them to my wife so she could compare. She told the service advisor that they needed to clean it up, the advisor didn’t seem happy as he took the vehicle to get it cleaned. I’m not used to this happening at this dealership so for this visit they will get 3 stars. Hopefully, next time it will be a better experience. More
We move to Sun City from New York, and I needed to get my 4Runner serviced. My Cedar Park dealership experience was terrific! I was kept well informed about the progress of the service. Always a great service experience. Fernando Lerma has been our service rep the last two visits. He’s very friendly and professional and we look forward to working with him. We like the video and detailed report we receive on the condition of our car. When I go without my husband, I am treated with the same respect - I never feel “ talked down to”. (I know as much about our car as my husband, so thank you for that!) Very comfortable waiting area - don’t especially care that the huge tv screen comes alive every so often with a loud commercial about the dealership, otherwise it’s off. Mr Lerma offered to schedule our next appointment which was nice. Thank you! More
