I had difficulty in scheduling/executing the "Supreme Appearance Protection" warranty. I called and during the 2 days of trying to understand the "Supreme Appearance Protection" warranty I would be forw Appearance Protection" warranty. I called and during the 2 days of trying to understand the "Supreme Appearance Protection" warranty I would be forwarded to other people without results or a phone call that was promised. So, I visited Toyota and found Amy who went out or her way to assist me by calling Toyota contacts and discovering/correcting an admin error. Amy also assisted me in obtaining documentation and phone# to the 3rd party who handles "Supreme Appearance Protection" warranty. Thanks again Amy! More
