1st :I bought a new car battery on 2021 with 5 years warranty but after two and half years the battery was done , this morning I jumped my car … 2nd : as a first owner of my Toyota I went to this deale warranty but after two and half years the battery was done , this morning I jumped my car … 2nd : as a first owner of my Toyota I went to this dealership at 10:30 am hoping to fix the issue, the agent said that I should pay 50% of the battery value plus service fee , I told him ok no problem. 3rd : I was waiting 3h and the service hasn’t started and he told me that I need to wait for 2 more cars, so the part was bad the warranty was just 50% and the service was terrible more than 3 hours waiting time to exchange the battery that finally tomorrow I’ll go to Walmart and fix the problem with half time and half price!!! More
