Went for my first routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my p rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my plan, and how often I should come back for certain services. I opted to wait in the very nice waiting area. I received a text about 30 minutes later stating that everything looked great and all that needed to be done was the oil and tires. The text including a link to a video by the service tech showing and explaining what he had looked at. Even though the service department seemed very busy, I was out the door in a little over an hour. They seem very efficient. Thanks for a great experience! More

Marvin did an exemplary job. I had a unique issue (my key blade broke off in the ignition of my car so I needed a new key and fob.) When scheduling my appointment, Marvin ensured the part was available for my 12 yr old car.-it was. He offered different options to ensure everything was done “right”. He also kept me updated as my car was being serviced. Not only that, I received my original key/fob back in working condition (limited). In fact everyone I encountered today was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back and highly recommend Marvin and this dealership. Another thing, the price I paid was about $150 less than what was quoted by two other area dealerships. Marvin is Top Notch! More
