My family and I have been a long term customers here for all our cars and have always had exceptional sevice and customer care. However, my recent service experience with Catherine Hobbs was so good that is worth mentioning here. She was awesome and a role model for what it means to look after a customer. Pleasant/friendly attitude, attentive, efficient and quick etc. I knew she was busy this Sat morning yet I felt that I was her number 1 priority. Perfection. Thank you! More

Brought vehicle in for routine service maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, general maintenance inspection). Service rep noticed néw tires bought and installed elsewhere six months and 5000 miles ago. change, tire rotation, general maintenance inspection). Service rep noticed néw tires bought and installed elsewhere six months and 5000 miles ago. Tires balanced and then an alignment done at a Toyota dealership. Local dealership today adamant to sell me on need for balancing tires and getting an alignment. $188.90 rip-off for balance and alignment. Also charged $17.00 for tire rotation despite being told tire rotation covered in my extended maintenance agreement. Unable to observe service being done to vehicle, no knowledge that tire rotation, balancing, and alignment actually done. Being sold service not needed and not observing work done, massive loss of trust and confidence on dealership service. Love the vehicle, but can’t say the same for rip-off service. More
