Today we did our first scheduled service for our 2023 Toyota Rav 4. The service was excellent. They got us in on time and we were told it would take around an hour. Our car was serviced and we were on ou Toyota Rav 4. The service was excellent. They got us in on time and we were told it would take around an hour. Taking my Avalon hybrid to Toyota of Cedar Park was the BEST experience!! I took my “new to me” car in for a full buyer’s inspection. I chose this particular Toyota dealership due to their excellent rating & outstanding reviews. It was definitely the right decision. My service rep, Jacob Freitag was Fantastic! He explained the full process, answered all my questions, and kept me posted on the progress of the inspection. Thankfully everything checked out & my car is in excellent condition. There was no pressure whatsoever to do any maintenance, which was nice. However, I had him take care of some minor things like replacing the cabin filter & deoxidizing the headlights. I fully plan on bringing my car here for future maintenance, and I feel relieved knowing I’ve found a place I can trust. I highly recommend Toyota of Cedar Park! More

The service advisor Katherine Dobbs is a fantastic service writer.She made my service experience over the top. My appointment was for next week. I pulled in asking if I could have my service done toda service writer.She made my service experience over the top. My appointment was for next week. I pulled in asking if I could have my service done today as the truck was telling me it was due now. Katherine got me in and got all my service done including oil, rotation, brake’s and alignment all within 2 hours. Wow no appointment and got me in and got all service done quickly on a Saturday. I made my service appointment on their app, very easy to use. I showed up at my appointment time and the service technician was promptly at my window, found me in their system quickly and had me in and out use. I showed up at my appointment time and the service technician was promptly at my window, found me in their system quickly and had me in and out of there in 30 mins. I waited in the lobby and received text updates including a service video of my car, showing what had been checked, what had been serviced and what they would probably recommend at the next service. Very friendly technicians/ advisors, very thorough, great communication and done in under half the time they had originally stated it would take. Love this place! More
