Came in for check engine light flashing I thought the video showing the problems found with the car was awesome! I have never experienced that previiusly. It was very today, high tech! I didn't have the work done because it was too expensive and more than the car was worth. I think in those instances, Toyota ought to also be innovative and offer a cheaper fix. Maybe use other name brand parts or something similar. Why send them away unhappy and with a broken car? More

Great service, after you make an appointment. I didn’t know it was ‘necessary‘ to have an appointment to get my truck looked at and fixed. I paid $4k to get a platinum warranty on my used truck an I didn’t know it was ‘necessary‘ to have an appointment to get my truck looked at and fixed. I paid $4k to get a platinum warranty on my used truck and was looked at like an alien when I walked in and asked them to look at my truck at 2:00pm on a Wednesday. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who I spoke with, but his name tag said he was from Louisiana. Jason, who helped me out the next day when I came in for my appointment was extremely helpful and courteous, however. I will probably seek him out specifically next time I need to take my truck in. I am leaving 3 stars for “Price” because they have typical stealership prices for repair and maintenance. I asked for a quote for a brake fluid flush while I was there and the guy said “around $150”. More

Good Service Experience I took my truck in for its first maintenance service. The service advisor was helpful and informed. I asked if I could go see the truck while it was I took my truck in for its first maintenance service. The service advisor was helpful and informed. I asked if I could go see the truck while it was up on the lift and he took me back there, where I was able to speak to the mechanic about servicing the vehicle once the free maintenance was over. Both of them were very accommodating. No one even tried to sell me anything. More
