Terrible service was there 3 hours told vehicle being worked on and then told no one had even started on it after 3 hours and was just the service recommended by advisor. Takes entirely too long to get service done. Even with appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours.
