I have a 2010 Tundra and took it in for 150K check and routine service. First time with this vehicle to Cedar Park Toyota. Have been to two other Toyota dealerships over the years, in Texas and Washington routine service. First time with this vehicle to Cedar Park Toyota. Have been to two other Toyota dealerships over the years, in Texas and Washington State. The service advisor, Al Tooker was exceptionally good. Lots of things to be done and we discussed what to do and not to do. He also had me talk with another gentleman (chief mechanic?) whose name I did no get. Also extremely helpful All of the work finished in one day but I was given a loaner car to be able to do other things. I will definitely return to Cedar Park Toyota. One thing that Toyota SHOULD DO is to get their computer system up to speed. Al was unable to pull up any previous work done on this vehicle at other Toyota dealerships. It was necessary for me to go home and pull out old invoices and call Al to accomplish that task. The computers CAN do it, Toyota needs to install it. More
