Toyota of Cedar Park - Service Center

Excellent service! Quickly completed! My only complaint or disappointment was that I had forgotten to present my coupon at time of payment. My fault, I admit. I offered to come to the dealership that same or disappointment was that I had forgotten to present my coupon at time of payment. My fault, I admit. I offered to come to the dealership that same day before closing to have this valid coupon applied but I was denied because once the ticket is closed in the computer a coupon cannot be applied. My request is that the computers at Cedar Park Toyota be modified to allow the future application of coupons after the initial payment so long as the coupon has not expired. Not too much to ask in my opinion. Otherwise, I’m quite pleased with their service. More

Clean, efficient dealership. I was able to drive in, be met , and they took my car immediately into the shop for its oil change. Easy made appointment by contacting ROC. On the day of service, it was timely with a reasonably short wait time. Kimo was great, kept me informed.
