Purchased two new cars from this dealership in November 2021. One of them had air bubbles in the window tinting. The salesman who sold us the cars told us to call his service partner Daniel. I left two messages on his voicemail two days apart and never received a return call. On the third day I called the main service number and was told all service people were busy, but they took my name and number on the promise someone would call back, which they never did. On the fourth day I sent Steve the Service Director an email and never received a response. On the fifth day I called the service department again and was finally scheduled, but they couldn’t tell me how long it would take. When I arrived at the dealership for service they told me it was usually something that was left as an overnight service appointment. When I asked about a loaner I was told the people who authorize it were in training and weren’t available. Very disappointed. I guess all the pre-sale promises on new cars and service only apply until you complete the sale. More

Main reason I continue buying Toyota’s ( this is my 5th) is the customer service. At my recent visit for my 50k service, I did not feel the love. Nathan had to be told to see that I had a service contract. He was going to automatically charge me full price. He told me it would be about 2 hours. At 2.5 hours I went to find him ( in past visits service rep comes tell me they are running late) and he casually said my car was ready he was waiting on my key. Another 15 to 30 minutes went by and finally my car was ready. He walked me out toward the car and I got in and drove away smelling gasoline. I got on the freeway and could not get the strong smell out. I live an hour and 20 minutes from the dealership and needed to get home. I called and spoke to the service manager. Wanting to know if the smell was something that was going To go away or if I should be concerned. He said it should go away and offered to retrieve the car the next day if it was still there. Bottom line— the car should have never been turned over to me without the smell gone and an explanation of why it was there. Toyota has in the past made me feel as if I was the most important customer they had. Not this time. More
My appointment was for 8 AM. My vehicle was not taken back for service until between 11 and 11:30 AM. What is the point of having an appointment? Then, they did not diagnose the first issue properly—I immediately responded to their text indicating as much and specifying the correct issue, but 45 minutes later they called me back to say the car was ready and when I asked if they had fixed the issue, the answer was no; and I had to continue waiting. Also, on another issue, I brought the car in for a faulty DVD player, noting that it worked for less than half of the DVDs we attempted. The technician in the video they sent showed and stated “as you can see, I put Trolls in and it’s working just fine...no issues.” He completely failed to attempt any of the others in the stack of discs. I then went and spent 20-30 minutes fighting with the player as it played 2 discs, Trolls and one other, then chewed up three others (rejecting one, seizing another for about 10 minutes, and never letting the other go—it’s still in there). In total, I was at the dealer from 8 AM until after 2 PM. Again, what is the point of an appointment? And I was told I’d get a call back about the DVD player warranty repair...that has not yet happened. Very disappointed. More
