Went for my first routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my p rotation, & overall inspection). When I arrived Zach Ford was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be looked at, covered under my plan, and how often I should come back for certain services. I opted to wait in the very nice waiting area. I received a text about 30 minutes later stating that everything looked great and all that needed to be done was the oil and tires. The text including a link to a video by the service tech showing and explaining what he had looked at. Even though the service department seemed very busy, I was out the door in a little over an hour. They seem very efficient. Thanks for a great experience! More

He is very sharp, always professional, patient, super straight forward, extremely emotionally intelligent and able to adjust to each of our different styles, a great listener, and was very supportive in our efforts to maximize our dollar and only get the options that we wanted. I anticipate Michael will be leading his own dealership one day. Logan was also similarly professional and great to work with and he and Michael understood our goal for two tone combo leather seats and texted the next day with a mock up of how our color selection would look and said a darker tone would be more consistent with our goals and indeed it was! That is outstanding. In the age of AI and online ecommerce for nearly everything, simply put, a bot wouldn't have that judgement to understand our goals, take an order, then next day take extra care to suggest the color selection could be better. Tate was similarly professional and straight forward and cut straight to the chase with the best pricing for the various manufacturer warranty options. His attention to detail, clear communication, and friendliness was also outstanding just like Michael and Logan. This experience made my wife and I have hope for the future of the next generation of American business leaders. Respectful, hard working, professional, friendly, intelligent, and customer oriented. We concluded that the management of Toyota Cedar Park are outstanding in hiring talent - which takes considerable skill and experience.
