Went in for an oil change and a broken driver side plastic power seat controls. This was at 7:00 am. Was told I would have to leave it. Never heard anything all day ! Started calling Nathan, (4times, plastic power seat controls. This was at 7:00 am. Was told I would have to leave it. Never heard anything all day ! Started calling Nathan, (4times, holding for 20 minutes each time). I was told each time he was unavailable and would call me. He never returned my calls. Finally called for service manager. Amazingly, in 5 minutes I received an email with results. At 4:30. Was told I needed fuel line recall. They said they were back ordered. Today when I picked it up, he said the fuel line was repaired. I have no paperwork on it. So, don’t know if it’s fixed or not. Also. Didn’t change the oil change sticker from last time. This all was very frustrating for me. Could I please find out if the fuel lines were fixed? Am I to receive no paperwork on anything? Will I hear from y’all when my part comes in for my seat? Please help! More
