He was communicative without being pushy (and communicated via text!) which I really appreciated. He sent me some paperwork ahead of time to save time when I came in to purchase my vehicle. I got a 2025 Land Cruiser and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! He even helped me get services scheduled for my 2022 Sienna that I bought at a different dealership. This was my first new car purchase, but not my first dealership to visit. Gareth was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He has a clear passion for Toyota and the excellent quality and reliability in the vehicles they produce. Whereas other dealership experiences have felt like the sales people are just looking to make a sale on whatever they can, Gareth listened to my situation and what I was looking for, and was very patient in our conversation to help me work out what was best for me. My experience was even more positive and stress free than I could imagine. I love the car I bought and I'm thankful Gareth was there to guide me along the way to finally pulling the trigger on purchasing my first brand new vehicle.
