We test drove a 2015 Rav4 and she provided in great details the features and warranties that came with it. I was never confused and didn't have any questions. She called us shortly after letting us know that it was, and we jumped in the car to drive over there. On our way, we learned that the roads were starting to ice over. We talked to Lila, and found out that the dealership was sending employees home for safety. But when she heard that we were already on our way, she offered to stay and show us the van anyway! Of course, we turned around and went home, but Lila's willingness to do that impressed us so much! When we did come a couple days later, Lila was ready for us - she had the van ready to show us, and was a delight to work with. This was, by far, our easiest and most positive car buying experience! Finance was friendly and helpful, and the dealership is so nice and comfortable. More

Emily was patient with me and took all my information down through email. We had close to 10 emails back and fourth. We scheduled a time to meet that same evening. The car I wanted literally had nothing wrong for me to walk away. The staff was great. Emily allowed me to get drinks and snacks and charged it to her own account. Less than 3 hours later I was driving home with my new car. Emily Guzman reached out several times to check on me later that week. Helped me schedule a new tint for the car.
