Great Truck Shopping Experience . I was in the market for a used truck and kept putting it off because of some past experiences with car dealers. Cedar Park Toyota. Started my shopping on line and then went in and met with Debbie .... She was great!! Instead of the high pressure sales tactics, I was treated to a friendly, informative experience! Debbie helped me through the decision process, helped with my trade in and was there every step of the way. A minor hiccup during the delivery stage, BUT she went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and I was a Happy Camper. I met Kimo in the service department and I was impressed with his Toyota knowledge and friendly disposition and look forward to seeing him when my truck is due for regular maintenance .... Overall a very pleasant experience and I am a completely satisfied owner of a Tacoma TRD Sport!! Tom More
