Amazing Service We recently purchased a non Toyota used vehicle from Toyota of Cedar Park. We purchased the vehicle "as is" with no warranty. When I got home from the purchase I found an electrical short and none of the interior lights worked. I called our sales person Belinda on the way back to the dealership the next morning. She apologized and said she had notified the service department that I was on my way. I was greeted by Joey who said give me the keys we will get it handled. He called about 3 hours later and they had found a direct short in the drivers visor. They ordered a new one and I picked up the vehicle with no charges. They did not have an obligation to do anything, but stepped up and went over and above. The entire experience and all interactions with everyone there was amazing. I will be back for my next vehicle! In my opinion, to stay competitive with the online market they should streamline the process of final signing. It shouldn’t take two plus hours to ready paperwork that is digital for the most part. We were told the management was in a meeting and that’s what took so much time was waiting on their approval. More
