I usually like this service center but this time I was pretty disappointed. I had an appointment that I was 20 minutes early for but since my car took over two and a half hours to do an oil change and r pretty disappointed. Yes I also needed filters changed but also thinking it could of been easier. Could not understand the technician in the video because he was speaking so fast that I never understood that part. Did not receive a paper receipt for the work done but it seemed like I was suppose to just leave. If I ever go back I now know to ask for one. thank you for giving me a clean car at the end. I did appreciate that but I’m still able to go to a car wash by myself. Probably will give you one more chance but next time might be my ladt More

I contacted the Dealership prior to visiting. I had been internet shopping for a preowned 2019 Camry LE in white and found two one your website. When I arrived to look at the two white 2019 Camrys, th been internet shopping for a preowned 2019 Camry LE in white and found two one your website. Within a day I realized I'd settled for a silver Camry when I really wanted a white Camry. I worked with Malia and returned the silver Camry at the price I'd bought it for two days before and bought a new 2020 white Camry which is the color I strongly preferred. More

Professional on time reception by service writer. He explained what was going to be looked at and the estimated time to do same. This dealership provides a video to you as the car is serviced so you can explained what was going to be looked at and the estimated time to do same. This dealership provides a video to you as the car is serviced so you can literally see what the technician is doing. No more guessing whether a particular task has been done (unlike other dealerships where the oil filter wasn’t really changed but customer was charged for it). Service was completed on time.
