Bought a CPO Sienna van from Toyota of Cedar Park. It was a good price with all the accessories (extra key, floor mats...) that other places sometimes leave out. Terrible service was there 3 hours told vehicle being worked on and then told no one had even started on it after 3 hours and was just the service recommended by advisor. I spoke to Mr Wilson the service worked on and then told no one had even started on it after 3 hours and was just the service recommended by advisor. Takes entirely too long to get service done. Even with appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even w appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even when I just walked in for service, I have never waited this long. I think this dealer needs to look at how they schedule their service appointments. More
