Eric Cartier and his Service Technicians inspected my Toyota Avalon for alignment & steering component wear. I appreciated their thorough inspection and assessment that the car not need any service at this point. I also was reassured that my car was safe to drive. They let me drop by without an appointment to see why my windshield washer pump wasn’t working. They determined the pump was non-functioning and were able to replace it a couple of days later.
