Cedar Park Toyota was a great place to shop for a vehicle. I started inquiring for the 4Runner on their website. Immediately I got a call from Doug Newton I guess he takes care of all the internet i vehicle. I started inquiring for the 4Runner on their website. He got me setup for an appointment and hook me up with Elijah Jackson. When we arrived at the dealership I was impressed at the friendliness of the people that works there also the dealership is huge!!! Anyway, we informed Elijah about the vehicle that we want. He explained that there’s one available but the exterior color is not what we want. Elijah showed us the vehicle anyway and had us drove it around the parking lot. At first we are not interested but when Elijah came back to us with the numbers on our trade in it was a no brainer. We agreed to purchase the vehicle and all these times we did not feel any pressure from anyone. Elijah made our buying experience a great one. Recently I purchased a Toyota CHR from Toyota of Cedar Park. It was later in the day and our financial process took until after closing time. We were grateful they stayed open. Texas had a huge hail storm and the car they sold me has significant damage that I did not see, buying the car at closing time. None of the damage was disclosed to me. We also traded in mini van and since it was dark, accidentally left our garage door opener in the car. Our sales person said they would grab it and save it for us. She forgot and the van was shipped to Auction and we did not get any compensation only, "I will talk to my manager and see what we can do" they never called us back. In short, the customer service and dishonesty of this dealership in the quality they pass as acceptable has discouraged me from ever purchasing from them in the future. If I hadn't purchased the service warranty, I would never return there again however, I will bring my car there per the extended service warranty. More
