Yes, I had great service at Jack Safro Toyota last week. The service person who helped me was fantastic, his name was Don DeBuhr. He’s one of the best people I’ve worked with at Jack Safro. 2nd time I drove into Express for oil change & was told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wast told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wasted time spent..no free car wash even..no followup sticker placed on vehicle. I expected better service recovery. I walked over to the 'real' service area to ask a question about my energy monitor, what the colors on the screen indicated & why I could not find any information in my Prius manual & Curt told me just to not pay any attention to it. He continued to work at his desk while I asked for further explanation. A technician overheard our conversation & my frustration with Curt's answer & he intervened with a plausible answer, speaking directly to me & was interested in my understanding & acceptance of the answer. I am planning on buying another Prius soon, but I am really concerned over service here at this dealership. It used to be superb! Service does not just mean the task being performed, as much as it is the communication, interaction & satifaction given to the customer at the point of that service. More

parts depot was great (steve)! service depot made over a $500 ooops and stuck me with the bill somehow the tech striped the threds on the axle so bad it had to be replaced. im a 15 year collison tech and i $500 ooops and stuck me with the bill somehow the tech striped the threds on the axle so bad it had to be replaced. im a 15 year collison tech and i had the axle in and out a week before with ease! Took the car for a/c service on June 16. Charged us $200+ to inject dye and replenish refrigerant. The dye was supposed to detect leaks in the system. In 7 weeks, the a/c was not cooling again. Took the car to inject dye and replenish refrigerant. The dye was supposed to detect leaks in the system. In 7 weeks, the a/c was not cooling again. Took the car in, they said they found a leak in a pipe going from front to back with an estimated repair cost of $550. Okay, decided to swallow the cost and gave the go-ahead for the repair. Now, I am out $750 for fixing an a/c leak. Got a call towards the end of the day telling us that they found ANOTHER leak, and this particular pipe was not in stock. And oh, it would add another $150 to the repair bill. Now I am out almost $1,000 for an a/c refrigerant leak! The car had to remain at the dealer for 2 days until the part comes in. If we take the car, there will be an additional charge for re-jacking it. We were told the only option is to rent a car at $32/day and the generous dealer fill foot half the cost. Great, my wife shows up to pick up the rental car. She is told that the only available rental is now $42/day. She said that they promised a car at $32/day and we were told, we just promised you a car and not a price!! Who said the customer is always right? Needless to say, Jack Safro has lost a loyal customer due to their horrendous customer service. More
