Terrible experience Went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment time. Even with the appointment it took over 2 hours for the oil change / ti Went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment time. Even with the appointment it took over 2 hours for the oil change / tire rotation, but the worst part is they caused $1800 in damage to my vehicle from improper lifting of the vehicle. After the appointment I noticed my fuel gauge was acting odd but didn’t think much of it until my vehicle ended up breaking down on the side of the highway. The vehicle was towed to a different dealership nearby where it broke down and they discovered damage to my fuel tank caused by Toyota of Brookfield. I have since spoken to both the Service Director (Tim Lange) and General Manager (Mark Krochmal) who flat out refuse to cover the damage Toyota of Brookfield caused to my vehicle. I will not let this slide from them causing $1800 in damage to my vehicle. I have since filed complaints with Toyota and the Better Business Bureau. If this is not resolved I will also be filing legal action against Toyota of Brookfield. More

Quintin was very courteous and knowledgeable of services offered. He could tell I have a hard time hearing in busy environments and clearly explained the details of the inspection report in nice manner. I offered. I would not have noticed some filters accidentally didn’t get installed. He went the extra step to not only get them installed that day but make sure I was compensated. I will make a point to request Quintin as my service manager in the future. More

Excellent service - came to my home to pick up & return car! What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in the store but would be there in a couple of days. I was in no hurry and instead of making two trips, she suggested waiting until the part came in (a few days) and then come to my home, pick up the car and return it when it was done! THAT is the essence of customer service and I truly appreciate it. I had originally planned on waiting for the car at the dealership, but this allowed me to continue to work and could easily fit that into my schedule! My car was scheduled for pickup within a 2 hour timeframe and two days prior they sent a message with an appointment TIME defined within that original 2 hours and they were here within 5 minutes of the scheduled time - very polite and ready to serve. More
