We took our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in for the 10,000 mile maintenance service. The initial wait time was about 15 minutes longer than the actual appointment time because they were very busy. We were checked in and waited about an hour for the service to be completed. The waiting room is very clean and has coffee, water, soda and chips and cookies available to anyone waiting. The restrooms are also clean. There were enough places for people to sit while waiting for their cars to be serviced. The car was also washed upon completion of the service that was provided. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Every time I come in I am treat with respect and listened to. I am so pleased with the service here I even brought my Toyota, that was bought privately here. Bought a Used Camry 2018 with 19K miles on it and the battery was dead in a month. Dealership was supposed to schedule a remote starter installation, never happened. After many follow-ups, I scheduled a service request after 3 months and had the starter installed. Very difficult to have customer grievances heard by management, leave alone addressing them. I reported this issue with management via VM and through the website, more than a month and not a thing yet. FInally Bella from Toyota of Brookfield reached out and listened to my grievance and assured appropriate remeadial action. Mike Wemmer and his tech went above and beyond. I threw them quite a challenge with an Aftermarket part install for my TRD 4Runner which was a bit more complex than any of us expected. In the past, I've had terrible experience with dealerships, but toyota of Brookfield is different. Three times I've been here for service/maintenance on my prius. Three times I've had different em dealerships, but toyota of Brookfield is different. Three times I've been here for service/maintenance on my prius. Three times I've had different employees help me. All have been amazing. I am a very mechanically inclined individual, and like to work on my own vehicles. I've found this to be a hard pill to swallow for dealerships. Where most dealerships want to bombard you with services and extras, toyota of Brookfield would rather give the customer the services they want.
