Recently I had a not so good experience turned into something pleasant because of one of the advisors... We own a 2019 Highlander and the rims started to de-laminate/flake. It was determined this w something pleasant because of one of the advisors... We own a 2019 Highlander and the rims started to de-laminate/flake. It was determined this was a defect so the dealership ordered new rims. When we received a call they were in we scheduled our appointment to swap the rims. When we arrived for our appointment it was determined the rims weren't there. I later found out the dealership sent them back. Our technician, Alex Garcilazo, explained that they will only hold materials for 30 days (This leads me to believe there might be a bit of a disconnect between the schedulers and parts). Anyways... Alex was very apologetic and did everything in his power to show this. He put an immediate order in for new rims and personally called me to schedule service when they were received at the dealership (after personally confirming). Today, they swapped the rims and the vehicle looks great! Thanks to Alex for helping make the best of this situation. More
I had a problem with my AC. I had brought the car in to be checked a week before and they did somethings to see if it would work. The car was done when I was told it would be and the AC works now! Everyone I had contact with were helpful, friendly and nice! And what I was told the cost would be was what it was. Mis-representation of free oil change. I bought Toyota 86 in August 2019 & was told that the oil change is free for two years. It is not even two years & they charged me.
