A month or so ago one of our cars headlight went out. Little did we know that a 2006 prius has a whole complicated process to change a headlight. We bought a headlight at O'Reilly 's & were told they could not put it in. We called around several places & realized we'd have to have a dealership to the work. We called Brookfield Toyota & Tony R got up in that afternoon. Tony was very patient & understanding. He explained that the bulb we bought at O'Reilly 's would not fit & was very careful handling the bulb to make sure we could return it for our money back. The correct bulb was around the same price, so difference there. We really appreciated his taking the time to explain what work needed to be done for replacing the bulb and that he took care to make sure we could return the other bulb we had with us. More
