Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.

Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I have switched dealerships from one that was not very service oriented to Napleton Toyota of Brookfield. Daniel Erickson does an amazing job. I have convinced my daughter to take her 2016 Toyota Camry service oriented to Napleton Toyota of Brookfield. Daniel Erickson does an amazing job. I have convinced my daughter to take her 2016 Toyota Camry to this dealership as well because of the outstanding service that I receive every time I go there to get some thing done. They take the time to explain to you what is going on and what needs to be fixed on your car. I work in the service industry and I will be letting everybody know the quality work and the excellent customer that I have received from Daniels Erickson. The main reason why I still come to do my services here is because of Daniel Erickson. I haven't had the best experience with other people because they weren't resolving the issues I had with my car and wa is because of Daniel Erickson. I haven't had the best experience with other people because they weren't resolving the issues I had with my car and was pushy with me doing other service where it wasn't a priority. Daniel Erickson went above and beyond to help me figure out what was causing the problems I had with my car. Not only did he figured out what was causing the problem i appreciated him following up with me to make sure everything was OK with my car. Great customer service! Will only see him for services More
