He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Toyota of Brookfield continues to be a giant disappointment. When servicing my family’s other Toyota vehicles, I actively go out of my way to other Toyota locations that are less convenient for disappointment. And unfortunately, my experience buying a car wasn’t much better. I was at the dealership for 8 xxxxing hours!!!! Lost a whole day over what should’ve been a 2 1/2 hour affair. I asked my sales rep why it was taking so long to meet someone in the finance department. She said that there were three people back there and they were all with other customers. However, when we finally got to talk to the finance guy (who actually was pretty helpful) he revealed that there was one only finance guy there to start the day and he was supposed to help us but never showed up. It wasn’t until him and another guy showed up we were actually able to get somewhere. Whole place sucks!! More

Toyota of Brookfield, Pat Duket, has been very responsive to my needs. Today, we are having trouble with voice recognition.
