She was very pleasant and patient with me after I explained my inexperience. She looked over the car personally and told me of any blemishes and how it operated mechanically. She coordinated everything for me with regard to sending the payment, delivery of the car, and paperwork. She followed up with me afterward to make sure all was okay. Normally car purchases can be quite challenging and a pain, but Mary Dixon made this one of the best, if not the best, buying experience I've every had. More

He was professional without the silly antics I've experienced at many "fast track" dealerships. Product knowledge was extensive and the negotiations proceeded without uncomfortable pressure. The new vehicle price was right and I was given fair value for my trade. The new truck was delivered in perfect condition and he made certain I understood all the features and controls. He even took the time to pair the Bluetooth feature with my cell phone. Thanks, Ely. My experience with Ken in the finance office was equally professional and comfortable. I was looking for a used Camry XLE and saw that Safro has 3 on the lot from my online search. I sent an email expessing interest in the cars. Mary contacted me via email and we arranged to meet to test dri 3 on the lot from my online search. I sent an email expessing interest in the cars. Mary contacted me via email and we arranged to meet to test drive the cars. I drove two of them. I was disappointed with the stiff ride and road noise of the first car and while I liked the second car fairly well, I knew another dealer had the same car with leather seats. I left Safro to test drive that car. Mary emailed me the next day to say that after speaking with her sales manager, Safro would be able to drop the price on the second car if I could take delivery before Saturday. Since it was now Thursday evening and I was not available at all on the following Friday, I didn't see how I could take delivery before Saturday. I arranged to return to Safro Thursday evening so that my husband and I could both drive the second Camry again. After driving the car, I decided that I would take it as long as the value of my trade in was acceptable. Mary had my trade in valued while we were test driving Safro's used Camry. I was offered a fair price for my trade in so we began the loan process. Cathy in the Finance Department came to see us after receiving our credit app. Our credit score had come back just 11 points under the threshold for the 2.9% financing on certified used cars. She could see from our credit history that we make our payments and we make them on time. She said she was going to personally contact someone at the loan office to see if they couldn't manually adjust our score by 11 points to get us the best financing. Because Cathy needed to speak directly to someone, our paperwork was not able to be completed on Thursday night. Mary contacted me at work on Friday to say that the loan had been approved and that Cathy had been able to get us the 2.9% interest rate. I arranged to return on Saturday morning to take delivery of the car. My husband needed to sign the paperwork as well. We got to Safro just before 9:30 when Cathy was scheduled to start work because my husband and his son were headed up to Appleton to go fishing and needed to leave right after the signing. Cathy got us in and out very quickly. Mary had my plates put on the new car while I was signing paperwork with Cathy so all I needed to do was get in the car at take off. I deeply appreciate Mary's efforts to get me the car I was looking for at a price I was interested in paying and for Cathy's extra efforts to obtain the best financing for us. I think both women did an excellent job and were open and friendly in the process. More
