Ely was very helpful from the onset of our Tacoma purchase. He provided answers to our on-line questions in an honest and helpful way in regards to general information and price. Upon meeting Ely at the showroom he was again very helpful in answering the many questions we had about the Tacoma. He was honest about pricing which eliminated the need for the "pricing game" so common at other dealers. He also demonstrated the cover on his own Tacoma and provided information on places to purchase the same cover or others as we might choose. Ely was always available and timely on any appointment times we arranged even though we were working around the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. There were no games or smokescreens to try to squeeze a few more bucks from me. This included no false flattery, deception or other deceits that some dealers might attempt. 2. I believe that I got a very, very good deal. This is partly thanks to the $1,000 rebate and free two years of maintenance, but after much research, Jack Safro was very competitive, and made a very fair offer on my trade-in. 3. The communications with Ely took several weeks, but he was always prompt and thorough in his answers. 4. On the day of delivery, the car was spotless, and Ely explained everything about the car, since many features were new to me. He made sure that all of my questions were answered, and invited follow-up questions after I left. He even gladly agreed to help me retrieve an iPod connection from my old car, which he did not have to do. Jack Safro is a clean, organized and highly professional dealership. Get a quote from them, and sleep well in the knowledge that you're getting a good deal and will be treated like a real person. I only wish other businesses could follow this model. More

She coordinated everything for me with regard to sending the payment, delivery of the car, and paperwork. She followed up with me afterward to make sure all was okay. Normally car purchases can be quite challenging and a pain, but Mary Dixon made this one of the best, if not the best, buying experience I've every had. More
