He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. We love this toyota dealership. We have worked w/several sales people/ management and service personnel. We can not say enough how great they all are. We have been doing business there for 8 yrs now. 2nd time I drove into Express for oil change & was told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wast told wait time was 1.5 hrs. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this 'express' service & apology given, but no attempt to compensate me for my wasted time spent..no free car wash even..no followup sticker placed on vehicle. I expected better service recovery. I walked over to the 'real' service area to ask a question about my energy monitor, what the colors on the screen indicated & why I could not find any information in my Prius manual & Curt told me just to not pay any attention to it. He continued to work at his desk while I asked for further explanation. A technician overheard our conversation & my frustration with Curt's answer & he intervened with a plausible answer, speaking directly to me & was interested in my understanding & acceptance of the answer. I am planning on buying another Prius soon, but I am really concerned over service here at this dealership. It used to be superb! Service does not just mean the task being performed, as much as it is the communication, interaction & satifaction given to the customer at the point of that service. More

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing a car. I recently purchased a truck at Jack Saffro. The team there was friendly and patient answering endless questions. During the test drive we had some issues with the power windows, but when we got back to there was friendly and patient answering endless questions. During the test drive we had some issues with the power windows, but when we got back to the dealer they worked fine. Mary reassured me that if there were any problems with the truck after the sale, they would fix it or let me bring it to a more convenient location to be repaired and either pay that repair shop directly or reimburse me. When we got home with the truck, we continued to have issues with the windows. I notified Jack Saffro and they told me to bring it in for repairs and they would reimburse me. I honestly thought that it would take months to be reimbursed if it ever happened. We faxed the repair order from the repair shop and two days later I received the check in the mail. The team at Jack Saffro stands by their word to deliver the best used car buying experience you could imagine. They really take care of you and listen to what you want. The finance department also worked really hard to find me the best loan possible. I would absolutely buy from them again! More

I traveled from Michigan to Wisconsin to pick up and purchase a vehicle purchased largely over the internet. They picked me and a guest up at the train station and delivered us promptly to the dealersh purchase a vehicle purchased largely over the internet. The loan documents and other paperwork were all completed to the agreed amounts and it was just a sign and drive event for me. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received here. It was incredibly impressive. I would recommend this dealership and Mary Dixon in particular to anyone who would be interested in purchasing a new or used Toyota. More

This was the smoothest new car deal! I told Steve what I wanted and he literally had the car sitting out front waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Well, the family loved the car..........so did wanted and he literally had the car sitting out front waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Well, the family loved the car..........so did I. I did my homework and knew where I wanted to be on price. I expected to get caught up in a bait and switch with the car and options I wanted. Not at Jack Safro.
